                    Kathmandu – Young entrepreneur Ajay Kumar Shrestha has been honored with the National Glory Honor 2024 for Youth, while Glocal Workforce Nepal Pvt. Ltd. received the Emerging Human Resource Agency National Glory Honor in recognition of its contributions to the Human Resources and Foreign Employment sectors.
Ajay Kumar Shrestha, the Chairman of Glocal Workforce Nepal Pvt. Ltd. and Managing Director of Travels and Adventures, was acknowledged for his remarkable role in promoting Nepal’s tourism sector and foreign employment industry. He is also a central member of UNESCO Club Nepal and holds a master's degree in management. Originally from Dulegauda, Tanahun, Shrestha has demonstrated exceptional leadership in innovative service delivery.
The awards were presented during the 15th year celebration of the Glory Media present 'Sachetana Program, broadcast on Nepal Television. The event recognized prominent individuals and organizations for their outstanding contributions in various fields.
Glory Media’s Chairman and Managing Director, Saroj Ojha, stated that Shrestha’s dedication and innovative approach have played a significant role in Nepal’s development. The Honor was presented by Madan Kumar Shrestha,Editor of MadhyanhaRastriya Dainik and former President of the Foreign Employment Journalists' Society. Diwakar Mainali, Managing Director of Glocal Workforce Nepal, was also present during the honor distribution ceremony.

Notable Honorees
This year, Glory Mediahonored several distinguished personalities and organizations, including:

- Prahlad Dahal – President of Nepal Dairy Association
- Shiva Neupane – Writer 
- Bhikshu Raju Lama Kondan – Educationist, Religious Worker, and Social Worker  
- Rojin Shakya – International Fashion Choreographer  
- Devil Singh Rajput – CEO of Aventos Nepal
- Deepak Chandra Gautam – Human Rights Activist and Social Worker  
The National Gaurav Samman was also awarded to Khul Prasad Humagain (Kaji Dai), Chairman of Navaprabhat Dairy Udyog, and several others who made impactful contributions to business, education, and social development.
The event highlighted the significance of recognizing contributions from diverse sectors, aiming to inspire further growth and innovation in Nepal’s social and economic landscape.
